Nancy Keene, Tracer of Lost PersonsThank you for inquiring about the services I can provide for you. Please contact me via "webonly@ By the way of summary let me tell you something about my experience. For the past 20 years I have been searching for and finding thousands of individuals who were involved in health studies which required updated information about the study participants every two years. In order to establish new address records, I have had to be very creative in the use of the many resources at my disposal. I am happy to say that I have been able to maintain a less than 9% loss to the study base. Here briefly are some successful case examples.
When an elderly unmarried person dies, the estate is distributed either to the State of death or to grandparent heirs who usually become known in time. Usually only one side of the family is aware of this estate and it is my obligation to find everyone on both sides. To open a case I require a retainer. If, upon initial evaluation, I do not feel that I can locate your missing person, the retainer will be refunded. By the same token, I will, in the instance of a projected successful search, submit a report of my activities and notify you if it appears that it will be necessary to exceed the amount of the retainer. This would be calculated on an hourly basis, plus out-of-pocket expenses, such as mileage and telephone, and document copying costs. Thank you again for visiting this site.
